Returns

You have the right to cancel any order without providing a reason up to 14 days after receiving your products.

If you use our DHL return slip, the return will be free of charge for you. In order to create your return slip online, please select below the country you are located in. Once you have completed the return slip via DHL's online portal, print out the return slip and put it onto the package.

In order to be able to assign your return correctly, we kindly ask you to include a copy of the invoice and the reason for return in the package.
The package can be dropped of in any DHL branch .

Deposit Returns

How does an old part has to look like so I can get my deposit back?

• Old parts have to be complete, no parts must be missing.
• The parts must not be jammed or rusted.
• As to the content the returned old parts must correspond to what was delivered by us.
• Leaks are not a problem and the most common cause of a damage.

Complains

In case of a complaint, we kindly ask you to complete our complaint form. It can be found here or under the following link: https://www.rexbo.eu/Reklamation_Rexbo_Autoteile.pdf

Pay attention to proof for any additional costs!
All proofs (delivery note or invoice) of the purchased product have to be attached to the completely filled out form by the customer. Please consider that wrong or missing information can lead delays and additional costs, due to queries. A separate and complete form needs to be filled out for each complaint. Additional costs, for instance installation costs, have to be breakdown comprehensible. Only a completely filled out form with all needed attachment can be processed quickly!

After receiving your return shipment and the complaint request, we will forward both to the manufacturer. Please note that depending on the manufacturer, the processing time in the event of a complaint can be up to eight weeks.
